COMPLIMENTARY PASSES

Liberty Science Center has a history of providing support to nonprofit groups and schools across the tri-state area by providing complimentary passes to assist with fundraising efforts. We receive a large number of requests annually and make every effort to respond.

Policy Requirements

  • Complimentary passes will only be donated to educational or academic organizations and non-profit, youth-oriented organizations for the purpose of fundraising.
  • Once we receive your request for complimentary passes, it will be entered into a lottery that takes place on the first day of each month.
  • The four entries drawn will receive four passes each. The passes are valid for admission to our exhibitions.
  • Requests included in each month’s lottery will not be resubmitted for the following month’s lottery. Only one entry per month is permitted. However, you are welcome to submit another request form for the following month.
  • Only one submission per organization is permitted per month.
  • Winners are not permitted to resubmit a request for entry within the reminder of the calendar year.
  • Winners of the lottery will be required to submit documentation of the fundraising event in the form of a press release, an announcement or an invitation prior to receiving donation. If any winner is unable to present appropriate documentation within 7 days of notification, they will automatically forfeit the passes and another winner will be drawn.
