DAY 1: After Hours at Liberty Science Center

6:00-7:00 pm: Group arrival, registration and gear storage
6:00-8:00 pm: Café available for service (please register before using the café)
6:30 pm: Welcome show
7:15-10:00 pm: Snack time
8:00 pm: Liaison meeting
8:30 pm: Giant-screen film in the IMAX® Dome Theater
11:00-11:30 pm: Gear pick-up and campsite setup
11:30 pm-Midnight: Lights out
Midnight-6:00 am: Quiet hours

DAY 2: The Next Morning

6:30 am: Lights on! Wake up and store gear back in your car (please remove all gear from the exhibit floors before breakfast)
7:00-9:00 am: Exhibit floors open
7:00 am: Breakfast
7:30 am: 3D show in Joseph D. Williams Science Theater
9:00 am: Liberty Science Center opens to the public
