Annual Fund
Donate to the Annual Fund, which provides vital operating support and helps sustain and expand our Education and Outreach programs. Your gift can be made in a variety of ways, including gifts of stock, tributary gifts and matching gifts.
Donations to Liberty Science Center’s Annual Fund help provide memorable educational experiences to families and school children.
By contributing to the Annual Fund, you are also supporting Liberty Science Center-sponsored educational opportunities and programs for students and teachers both at the Center and in the community.
We welcome gifts of any amount; a gift of $1,000 or more entitles you to exclusive Luminary Society benefits. Gifts of $500 or more will be listed on Liberty Science Center’s recognition materials. All donors receive a complimentary subscription to Liberty Science Center’s monthly Insiders Club eNewsletter, including updates with events, programs, new exhibits and IMAX films.
Gifts of Stock
Gifts of stock, securities, bonds or mutual funds provide tremendous advantages and benefits: they are tax deductible and you have no obligation to pay a capital gains tax on the appreciation.
To make a gift of stock via electronic transfer, please notify us of the type of stock and number of shares you wish to give, as well as how the funds should be directed (to a specific program, as a tributary gift, etc.). We will provide you with all the necessary information you and your broker will need to initiate the transfer.
Tributary Gifts
Make a contribution in honor or in memory of a family member, friend or colleague. Tributary gifts provide sustaining support for Liberty Science Center and can be directed towards any of our outstanding educational programs or exhibitions.
To make a tributary gift, please include the name of the honoree in order to create a new tribute fund. Then simply provide instructions on how and where to forward tribute fund notification cards and acknowledgments.

Matching Gifts
To encourage charitable giving, many corporations match the donations of their employees. If your organization offers this benefit, your donation to Liberty Science Center may be doubled or even tripled. Please ask your company's Human Resources department about matching gifts.
