Noveda Technologies provides a web-based, dynamic, graphic visualization solution for real-time monitoring, diagnostics, metrics, and historical tracking of renewable energy, conventional energy, and building mechanical / environmental systems.

Noveda Technologies' energy and building systems' monitoring provides a critical tool for dramatically improving energy efficiency; allowing substantial cost savings, reducing systems maintenance, increasing ROI, identifying / tracking / significantly decreasing a building's greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint while providing an exciting platform for communicating these efforts and achievements to customers, clients, employees, and the general public.

  • SunFlow Monitor™ - Focused on monitoring solar energy (solar electric / PV and solar thermal). Sunflow Monitor™ is a vital tool utilized by PPA’s (Power Purchase Agreement service providers), solar installers, manufacturers, and building owners to monitor every critical element of a solar energy system down to a string level. Alarms identify solar energy system issues or failures to minimize down-time and maximize energy production. Historical tracking and reporting of performance and energy production provide information for REC (Renewable Energy Credit) reporting, system diagnostics, and real-time financial data (energy savings, billing information, ROI analysis). Dynamic graphics report real-time systems' performance, utilization, and environmental factors (i.e. weather and solar irradiance), delivering information in a way that allows complex data to be quickly and easily understood to trigger instant responses. Individual graphics are designed to deliver impact and appeal based on the intended target: executives / management (business intelligence), systems' engineers / operators / technicians (engineering dashboard), and the non-technical person (customers / clients / building occupants / general public). Additional renewable energy specific monitoring is being developed for wind turbine (WindFlow Monitor™), geothermal (GeoFlow Monitor™), and other renewable energy sources.
  • EnergyFlow Monitor™ - Provides all the benefits of Sunflow Monitor™ but is focused on conventional energy – electric, gas, steam, etc. EnergyFlow Monitor™ has an extremely broad application because it can be used by every building that uses conventional energy. Where SunFlow Monitor™ is focused on monitoring production of renewable energy, EnergyFlow Monitor™ is focused on energy efficiency and the associated cost savings. Energy efficiency reduces the consumption of fossil fuels. All of the benefits listed above including financial reporting, systems' optimization, business intelligence, public awareness and communication are provided by EnergyFlow Monitor™.
  • Facilimetrix ™ - Combines all the benefits of EnergyFlow Monitor™ and Sunflow Monitor™ by incorporating monitoring of both renewable energy, conventional energy, and additional monitoring of a buildings' environmental and mechanical systems. This holistic view of a building provides a synergistic result that is rarely achieved in buildings today and never through an automated, real-time solution. The benefits of Facilimetrix™ creates a vital tool for technical experts (commissioning, LEED, engineers, etc.) and executive decision makers (providing real time information energy use, cost, ROI on a world wise enterprise that can feed existing business intelligence and ERP / EPM systems) and governments (managing and monitoring country wide initiatives in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and carbon emissions).
  • Carbon Footprint Monitor ™ - Provides your building's real-time impact on the environment. This unique perspective allows you to track the before and after effects of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects each year. In addition to displaying your carbon footprint in metric tons of CO2, the energy fooprint which represent the number of acres of new trees each year that must be planted to sequester this amount of CO2 is also displayed in real-time.
