Liberty Science Center volunteers come from all walks of life. Seniors work side by side with teens and families, and business professionals come as a group or individually on the weekends. Volunteers of every level of interest and ability are welcome to apply. A background in science is not required.

Our volunteer Ambassadors play a crucial role, providing outstanding service and enhancing the experience for each guest that walks through our exhibition halls. We rely on volunteers and interns to help sustain the quality of our programming and meet the many needs of our guests.

At Liberty Science Center, volunteers enjoy a collegial relationship with paid employees and will be placed in roles based on the skills and talents that they wish to share, with meaningful and important assignments.
