Interactive Theater

At the new state-of-the-art, 100-seat Interactive Theater in the heart of the Jennifer A. Chalsty Center, teens and adults can participate in our award-winning Live From… program and watch live surgery via videoconferencing on a 9x12-foot screen, talking to the surgeon, perfusionist, nurses, anesthesiologist and other operating team members while the operation is in progress. In addition to the currently offered programs of Live From…Cardiac Classroom^SM, Live From…Neurosurgery^SM, and Live From…Kidney Transplant^SM, several others are being developed in conjunction with partner science institutions.

The Interactive Theater will also be a site for symposia, panel discussions and instructional programs in conjunction with partner science institutions.
